  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which can be printed at home or scanned as a QR code at participating drop-off locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
